a) my oldest and dearest friend married his love, a wonderful and darling girl with red hair named cathy.

b) sarah finally got voted off of survivor

c) my oldest and dearest friend returned from vegas, with his darling bride and i got to spend the first night of what presumably might be called their honeymoon with them.

d) turned thirty years of age.

e)  i testified in a hearing deciding whether or not what used to be a close friend would still have her career or not.

f)  i was the focal point of the most wonderful party celebrating my new and more venerable age.  i have no words at this time as to how great it was.

sat
g) i gave blood. for the first time the nurse missed my vein. then i proceeded to watch her feel around inside my arm, as if stirring a straw in a glass of coke.

h) i broke up with my girl.

i) my oscar party. good friends. catty remarks. good food. all the rest.

i think i'd write more about all of these things, but right now, it is beyond my mood.
