So i think i mentioned in my last entry
that i was going to be meeting my friend donna on sunday. And i
did. It was the first meeting with Donna. I have been
talking to her for almost a year online.
And things went great. I will admit that i was much less
apprehensive about this meeting that i have been with most of the new
people i have met. I don't know what the reason for this is,
perhaps it is just the fact that we have been talking for a year and a
half. Although there are other people that i have known even
longer and know even better that i would likely be ready to wet myself
before i meet them.
In an email today, discussing our having met, she was nice enough to say
the following. Perhaps the nicest compliment i have received in a
long, long time.
Yes, it was awesome to meet you. I had no idea you had such loverly
chocolatey brown eyes with the superbest (can be souperb -est or
super-best, you decide, either way, it's a word I created!) eyelashes.
Yeah. so she's kinda aces in my book right now.
Program update. I don't know for sure if i
even told you that i was back on the Program again. I'd have to
read back to know for sure. Anyways, i have fallen back into it
with an ease that shocks me. As of yesterday i had lost 10.5 lbs
in two weeks and a bit This is wonderful.
Today though i was sort of off the program. I ate breakfast and then
ate again at 7:30. The reason for the sporadic-ness of these
times was that i spent the time in between with a mild bout of food
poisoning.
Very unhappy was i.
But i appear to be ok now. At least i never ate wrong, i just
didn't eat.
It's my mom's birthday today. She's, um, old. I remembered to call
her. I'm happy about that. As was she. I often forget.
Which is kind of strange considering how good my record with
birthday's is.
Ah well.
Ok. I'm going to sleep now. Night.
